任新型分离介质与生物药物分析课题组组长。研究方向为基于色谱-质谱的药物分离与检测方面的研究。擅长新型整体材料、纳米材料的制备及样品前处理方法的开发;精通色谱、质谱相关领域的研究,特别是痕量药物残留的快速高灵敏度检测,生物药物分析,代谢组学及蛋白质组学的研究。

科研成果:
王欣博士,2010 年本科毕业于武汉大学。2015 年于北京大学获博士学位,期间去美国劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室交流。博士毕业后在美国麻省理工学院(MIT)从事博士后研究;于2018 年提升为Senior postdoc。2020年通过绿色通道人才引进加入上海交通大学,任英国正版365首页官网长聘教轨副教授,博士生导师。王欣首次开发了管内固相微萃取(in-tube SPME)和实时直接分析质谱(DART-MS)在线联用平台并用于药物残留分析,这部分工作发表在分析领域最权威的一区Top 期刊Analytical Chemistry 上,单篇文章被引200余次,并参与2015 年中国分析测试协会科学技术奖一等奖。此外,作为质谱分析负责人,完成由麻省理工学院承担的美国国防高级研究计划局大型项目“human-on-a-chip”,因此提升为Senior postdoc。该项目获First Place Prize of MIT Center for Environmental Health Sciences Session,文章同样发表在Analytical Chemistry 上。截止目前,在Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Communications,Molecular Psychiatry等国际知名期刊上发表26篇SCI 论文及15篇会议论文,近五年被引600余次,单篇文章最高被他引208次。此外,在国内外重要学术会议作报告10余次,包括国际会议“2014 HPLC大会”口头报告及第十五届BCEIA优秀墙报奖。并担任国内外权威杂志评审人,e.g. Analytical Chemistry, Journal of Separation Science, Chinese Journal of Chromatography, RSC Advances 等。

学术成果简介:
1. 美国国防高级研究计划局(DARPA)“human-on-a-chip” 项目
首次实现 “human-on-a-chip”系统中的代谢组学研究,报道了药物Tolcapone的三个新代谢产物,完成其代谢途径分析。
2. 全自动在线检测内源性S-亚硝基硫醇类化合物(RSNO)- NIH (US) Grants
成功搭建了全自动的固相衍生化-液相色谱-质谱(SPD-LC-MS)在线联用平台,开发了目前最灵敏的检测RSNO的方法,完成了生物体内内源性RSNO的实时检测。
3. 手性分离新介质的合成和应用(UC Berkeley Contract)
首次将手性MOFs掺杂在聚合物整体材料中合成新型手性分离介质,作为纳流液相色谱(Nano-LC)的色谱柱实现手性药物分离。
4. 常压敞开式质谱新技术及其在药物分析中的应用
制备掺杂有碳纳米材料的聚合物整体材料;开发SPME和DART-MS及 PALDI-MS在线联用平台并用于实际样品中三嗪类农药的快速高灵敏度分析。
